Group Training is the most enjoyable and affordable way to increase your fitness, shed some kilos and improve your health.

Who said getting fit wasn’t fun? When our clients finish a class, they have actually enjoyed themselves!

Quest Corporate Fitness before work, during your lunch break, after hours or on Saturdays. Activities such as circuit training, sprints, boxing and martial art training. Sessions are adjusted to be fun for everybody, from the fitness challenged to the seasoned athlete. All equipment will be provided however you can bring your own boxing gloves if you wish. Re-useable cotton inner gloves can be purchased onsite. The sessions will be held rain, hail and shine. So be prepared to train in the rain.

The 10 Week Training Challenge

One of the toughest challenges for employers is to keep staff motivated and have a fresh outlook on the job at hand. How many times do you find employees tired and run down either after their lunch break or by the end of the week? This is costing your company money, time and productivity. The main reason for this is society’s lack of physical exercise during the week. Within the course of 10 weeks, groups of up to 12 people will be pushed to their limits attempting physical challenges such as boxing, outdoor circuits and sprint training.

How it works
Quest Corporate Fitness is flexible with booking arrangements. We can meet you or your group at an arranged location before work, during a break or after hours. We can also visit your workplace and conduct a session onsite (space permitting).
 
A qualified trainer will run the fitness session at the same time and place for 10 or 5 weeks as agreed. Training will be on regardless of weather conditions. If more than 12 people wish to attend the sessions, Quest will hold multiple sessions during the week. There is no limit as to how many sessions you wish to attend weekly and new people are always welcome. You can have up to 36 people train with 3 sessions per week, reducing the cost to almost $14.00 per person.
 
Statistics
There are plenty of interesting statistics on how exercise can boost productivity, motivation and reduce absenteeism. Australians, as a nation, are getting fatter.
 
According to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, 16% of men and 17% of women are now classified as obese while a further 42% of men and 25% of women are overweight. They suggest that when compared to the average office worker, whose efficiency decreases 50% for the final two hours of the working day, exercise adherents work at full efficiency all day, amounting to a 12.5% increase in personal productivity.
 
AIHW found that physical activity programs at work reduce absenteeism by up to 20 per cent and physically active employees take 27% less sick leave.According to Australian research published by Mercer in September 2002, 55% of organisations offer non-financial rewards. Among these, 76% found that non-financial rewards were an effective way of thanking employees for achieving a specific goal and 71% found them an effective way of motivating employees.
 
 
What you need
Quest Corporate Fitness will supply all training equipment. All sessions will require appropriate footwear and clothing, which we can advise you on before we commence the training program. Towels and water bottles are recommended. All boxing equipment, (including gloves and focus mitts) are supplied however employees can use their own personal gloves if they wish.
 

Special Circumstances
Quest Corporate Fitness will require a signed declaration of health from each participant. We ask that you inform us of any issues such as blood pressure, heart problems etc. before joining a training session. Most conditions will not exclude you, we will be able to adjust the session to meet your requirements.
